looks like the platform thing is too rusted to turn, you will have to dissolve the rust before you can get it unstuck, probably pour muriatic acid over it and let it get into the whole thing underneath which looks will take take a rather long time for it to penetrate
We're trying to get the rust and everything off manually, already got 6-7 pounds out of it

this is very common on bandsaws, if you don't swivel it at least once a month the water soluble cutting fluid seeps between the two surfaces and make them rust just enough to seize the two together. I had a transformer get fried on my main bandsaw in my shop and it stood idle for so long that no one can make it swivel anymore no matter what we try.
I'm back now and it turns perfectly wd40 is the solution to everything
