Those fuckers are expensive! You can get blades for it on Ebay, and if you'd like to drive other cutting wheels you can figure out how to notch their holes with a Dremel.

The blades don't spin as I recall, it just rocks back and forth, doesn't harm the skin. It's nurses who put casts on people where I work not Drs. Ask a nurse nicely or maybe bribe one?
