Hello /diy/
My girlfriend is gone to study abroad this year.
Since we won't be able to be together for christmas, I want to make her an advent calendar.
I don't want the gifts to be overly expensive and overshadow her actual present. It also shouldn't be things that are too big or heavy as I will have to ship the thing and don't want the shipping cost to be insanely high.
Do you have any cute, fun ideas for:
1. Things I could give her
2. Possibly a cute wrapping for the gifts
3. Presentation (for example little burlap sacks with numbers, little notes with numbers on them tied to the gifts etc.)
I will be grateful for any and all ideas and pieces of advice you can give me.
Also:
I know christmas is far away, but I'd rather start preparing too soon rather than too late.

This is cute as fuck anon. What about 24 different Christmasy things. One could be a little bag of frankincense, another could be gingerbread cookies. I always loved getting chocolate calendars, but holiday grade chocolate has gotten significantly worse recently. Why not buy a whole bunch of different high quality chocolate varieties and melt them into molds?

I really like that idea, but I can't really think of many more than you have. Since you mentioned frankincense I was thinking maybe some of that, some kind of myrrh oil and maybe something gold plated (not too expensive so customs doesn't screw her)
