The last bachelor party I went to, we took turns waterboarding each other.

It wasn't a drinking game. It was literally just us taking turns waterboarding each other.

We used to play a game called stump

You need a hatchet and a stump

You toss the hatchet up in there air and try to get it to land in the stump.

While the hatchet is in the air you put your hand on the stump.

Also at some point you drink straight from a bottle of bartons.

Similar to hammerschlagen? Not sure on spelling, but you flip a hammer catch it and pound a nail into a stump. It's an actual thing, so you're marginally less weird.

i saw a game in a youtube video once where you have a hook attached into some wood, then you have a peice of string or something hanging from the ceiling with a steel hoop on the bottom, at the string is just long enough to just allow the hoop to catch on the hook. might be fun and only cost some string, a steel hoop and a hook or 2

There's a few different versions, but they mostly boil down to "compete at throwing a knife into the dirt as close to a target as possible without hitting it, loser has to take it out with their teeth"
Its more fun if you treat it like H.O.R.S.E and have to do tricks in addition to aiming. Some people aim at their foot, but I generally don't think that's the best idea even when you aren't drinking.
