i've wanted to get some more band shirts for a while now and i looked around but everything online is like 20-30$ +shipping and i live in the middle of bumble fuck nowhere so finding the shirts near me has been a pain in the ass

so i decided i was going to make the shirts myself. and immediately realized i have no fucking clue what im doing

i want to put pic related on the shirt as the first one

so i went out to walmart and bought some plain white t shirts, a can of spray paint, an exacto knife, some painters tape, and a large piece of construction paper.
and i have a large piece of cardboard to put in side of the shirt so the paint won't bleed through

is this all i need to make the shirt?
are there better things to use?

frames and fabric are not hard to /diy/ and ink should be available at craft stores
