whats the best way to increase water pressure? move the pump into the house or buy a water pressure booster? will a mains water pressure boost work here or do i need a special one for a well?

Is that 5lpm with or without the aerator?
That's a fairly typical flow rate for a low-flow "water saving" aerator.
If that's straight out of the pipe, I can only assume there's a restriction somewhere in the piping or the piping is of an excessively small diameter for some reason.
That being said, 2 bar is kinda low for water pressure, at least here in the US. 3-4 is more typical (in the neighborhood of 45-60PSI), but, if I remember right, you're technically within spec at a little over 5 bar.

without...its blue plastic pipe into the house which looks about 40mm then goes into 22mm and 15mm copper.

Pump up the air pressure in your tank

This is a good idea.
Another idea is to make a ramp pump between the shed and the house
