They used to be clear, but under /diy/ instructions I used acetone to make them all blue.

They are blue now, but I still got a lot of tubes lying around.

Fill them full of table salt. Heat gun and bend into shapes. Heat small peices and swedge over a cold piece ti make coupleings. Glue togeter as needed. Dump out salt, fish el wire through for non blinding neon.

On secont thought maybe run some coper wire or bailing wire befot you bend so u can pull the el wire.

Bonus points for buffing the outside so its frosted and disperses light.
