Will spraying Clorox on mold spots help? My parents house is so full of mold it's literally not even possible to fight but I was wondering if bleach or Clorox not applied directly will help? I just want to spray parts of the ceiling turning brown and black.
it'll kill some mold, but not enough to be worthwhile.
Look into dehumidifiers as well

My house is broken down in the coldest windiest climate in the world. If this place gets any less humid my skin might flake off. It's just the roof leaks like fucking crazy.

that's like putting a bandaid on a slit wrist
1 gallon water, 4 teaspoons baking soda (soda, not powder), and 1 teaspoon dawn ultra concentrate. Buy a good spray bottle - not a $0.99 thing from the beauty section but a $5 from either a pet store or a DIY box store.
Best fungicide/dish soap spray/bug killer around.
I'm a horticulturist - this shit kills fungus. I've used it dozens of times when I recyc soil (because neem oil gets expensive and the biofungicide that comes in my soil expires). People that shit on it can't follow directions.
However - if your roof is leaking, you're fucked until that's fixed. Also I'd wager your windows leak into the walls, and the rain gutters aren't set up well so water's splashing all over siding that likely isn't properly caulked.
Just graduate school and bail. Go do a hitch in the coast guard or some shit. I did 6 in the navy to escape a shitty home life.
Mold spores are everywhere.
Mold will grow anywhere there's moisture (and nothing harmful to it)
Get rid of the moisture source and you won't have to worry about mold
