Can someone tell me why is there water dripping from my AC ductwork?
You should have learned about how rain works in the 4th grade, check it out, you might learn something.

I feel like i should be taking something from your post but im too dumb to realize what you're saying.

I think they're supposed leak
Humid air + cold surface = condensation

ok i see
so how do i keep the duct warm so that it can stop dripping

it might stop on it's own once the indoor humidity goes down from running the ac.
You could wrap it with something to keep the air off it if it's a persistant problem

Turn the heater on.
Insulation is key. It absorbs the moisture, if any is left.
The insulation with the shiny metallic backing creates a pocket of air between the duct and the outside moist air. In this pocket, the air is much dryer.
Condensation destroys your ceiling. Get on it quick. Also keep in mind that a drain pan with a clogged drain can cause a similar issue if your ac EVAP is in the ceiling.
You can buy rolls at major hardware stores to wrap it yourself. Alternatively, they sell new duct pre-insulated. This will also increase Ac efficiency.
If your ducts are already insulated, open all your windows and let the heat run for about 2 hours continuously. Aim vents higher temporarily.
Then, buy a roll of shiny metal tape at HD/Lowes and find where the moister is penetrating your insulation.

Condensation. Check your drain, might be plugged. Also check humidifier drain
