I might even splurge and buy a real blade or maybe find one that isn't so clapped out .
Wonder how a rip saw blade wood fair
spent about $1.02 plus labor , did I get a good deal ?
It's too late/early (5am) to test it out , but I managed to make a little notch in a 2x4
How much crack would a crackhead smoke if a crackhead could smoke crack?

> makes hacksaw out of clamp and rusty blade
> uses it to cut timber
It was a 3/10, but your second post made it a 9
the blade just snapped :(

Rivet it back together!

I haz no rivet
Could screw and penny or shorten the blade
I have a sawzall blade that I might try
The worst part is how I switched it from clamp to spreader , I thought I had to drive out the rol pin .
Then the handle wouldn't go back on the bar and I had to take it all apart
I could do it this way , but the plastic might break
If you want to build a saw, here is a design that isn't awful.
this rusty garbage being on a mattress stirs some inner ocd I didn't know had a problem with this sort of thing.

yes I've been looking into something like that , but then had some engineering vodka and then made the Slamp
Problem is not having enough tools and workshop to pursue this hobby
