Expanded Polystyrene
Corrugated Cardboard
EVA Foam
Banana Bread

>not saying what the material is for
>not saying where the material will be deployed
>not saying how long the material has to last
OP could be making a fold-out display for a science fair, or could be trying to armor plate a killdozer. How the fuck is anyone supposed to recommend anything without knowing what the OP needs, aside from "lots"?

So either ask for more information, or let the thread slide to 404 you triggered little shit.

Make shit threads, get shit replies. Babying people breeds more shit threads.
Also, you didn't post any help yourself, so you're either a hypocrite, or OP, and therefore a fag.

Are you talking 20 or 30mm thickness?? If so, you can rule out any format of plastic or similar, as it will cost you a fortune.
We need more info.

Or, ya know, grow the fuck up and learn to ignore things you don't like. Believe it or not, you can actually let a thread 404 with zero replies. Happens all the time here. I think that says more than any of the faggoty you could post in response.
