Anyone have any document or video or anything about how to train your eyes to read more with just one look (not that stupid technique about moving eyes faster), and the technique about changing the inner voice for images and concepts? I really need this, please.

there is no trick or technique, if you are familiar with a topic, you can glance a document in 2 seconds and get the gist of it just from looking

I already read 2 or 3 books per week but I need to be faster. I know already the softwares but you have to pay for it. Please if your answer is like THIS one, avoid answering.

no software will make you read faster, it is how fast your brain is understanding the text, not how fast you can make your eye see the text

Try reading more.
Do you mean like, being able to read more of the text, at a typical distance without moving your eyes so much?
There are ways to enhance your peripheral vision, I imagine that may be helpful. Just google that.
Try out this

Yes it's exactly that, I read the intro of one guy who created one of the training softwares and that's one of the things that you get trained on. Reading more words with moving less the eyes. It's not like the software makes you smarter or gives you powers, it's just training. But I don't know how the training is.

Regardless, it's the truth. There is one common thing that makes people read slower, if you mouth along, move your tongue as if your enunciating when you're reading, then that'll slow you down. Otherwise there is no way to read faster without losing on retention.
People will sell you snake oil, especially if you're going to refuse to accept the truthful answer, and even if you don't pay for it, you're sinking time into it when you could actually be reading whatever it is that you want.
F-O-C-U-S.
All you need is focus.
Take cocaine or its derivatives--Vyvanse, Ritalin etc--if you're a underqualified loser who can't focus without being under the influence.
If you can constantly focus on a single task for hours on end, reading a book becomes baby tier.
