Hello i want to make the sturdiest most smooth and regular papel mache finish ever, is there any way to get it to look like a plastic surface from an electrodomestic?

what paint should i use on it?

vinyl laminate would be the cheapest

if you want paint, use a few coats of epoxy, sanding and buffing each coat
