How is this DIY?
Anything involving Larry Haun and his buddy building houses. Those series of videos can teach you how to build an entire house and build it correctly, plus he has some cool tips for experienced carpenters too.
That Canadian guy that has a shitload of framing, finish carpentry and remodeling tutorials is pretty good too (HouseImprovements or something in the channel name). He explains everything well, has good craftsmanship and hits all the common questions and situations (Building a shed, fixing drywall, cutting trim), plus there isnt a lot of heavy editing and he fucks up sometimes and leaves it in so not everything good as smooth as planned, which is the best lesson you can learn about any home remodeling project
Marius Hornberger
This Old Tony
Walter Sorrels has some nice knife making tips

I very like his channel. I know jack shit about electronics so I've learned a considerable amount from watching him but it's quite relaxing to watch him dismantle Chinese tier engineering.
I also watch his brother ralfy.
I quite like DIYperks myself, pretty comfy if not a bit too normie

The Post Apocalyptic Inventor, although it annoys me how much of a fucking loser he is.

This guy right here.
I always joke around and say that in about 2 years, he's going to have built his own computer from scratch after having mined gold and silicon from his backyard.
