I have sagging sections of pipe so I just need something to help the flow along. Drained 2 pipes in my house this way. Still unsure if I just pushed the clog somewhere else but for the moment all my drains are working properly. If I was worried I'd just get the gay man edition 6"er and set it up at my clean out.

I will help you.
First thing you need to do is fill the drain with water so that the water is sitting at the top of the drain.
Then get your vaccum cleaner and simply vaccum it out.
I would advise taking out the dust catcher as there wont be any dust.
Plus it is annoying when the dusk catcher is wet.
Once done just emtpy the vaccum into the toilet...

Fill your drain until it starts to overflow the drain, put your hand over the drain, and push down repeatedly until it unclogs. You can do the same with your shower if you just stomp your feel at the same time over the drain. Works almost as well as a plunger, but you dont need to buy one.
Toilet its probably best to use a plunger, kinda awkward shape and you probably poop there.

I think it was a septic tank that kept overflowing and rather than get it pumped, he sealed it shut. The upshot of this is that all the shit is going to back up in the pipes and any gas that accumulates in the tank is going to blow everything back up and out of his drains.

You need to apply pressure to the bottom of the pipe. To do this you normaly connect a hose to the beginning of the pipe and use a pressurized container such as fire extinguisher but of CO2 and blast the pipe with it. 50% it doesnt explode.

I know you think you're joking, but actually if you just pour a little gasoline down and cover it with a cup at the same time you drop a match down the drain, it creates a vacuum and sucks whatever gunk is down there out.

The key is to time the match drop with the covering just right. When it works, it works great.

Mix Hydrochloric Acid with Fumed Silica.

The acid is regular toilet cleaner.
