You go to your local hardware/big box store, buy a universal fill valve for like $8. You need an appropriate sized wrench and some teflon tape.

Cost will be ~$25 if you have to buy the wrench. ~$12 if not.

Also if it is spraying water out of the toilet, turn off the water and flush it by dumping a bucket of water into the toilet.

I just turned the pressure down. Takes longer to flush, but it doesn't spray over the back of the toilet anymore


Sucks, because my other toilet just clogged and I plunged the shit out of it many times, but it's still flooding.

I might have to get an auger because the flush plunge method isn't working.
