Trying to make my basement into a place where I will have alot of people over and drink alot of beer. I have people and beer, but how do I make it nicer? I am going to get a red indian oil neon sign and club/party lights. What else do I get? I'm thinking of getting a flag of a sports team. I will also try to get a ping pong table, for beer pong.

I'm 30 and drank a lot of beer in my day. I'm on my second vacation ever and I don't even know where the fuck I was at. But I remember playing beer long with vodka shots last night. My guts remember today. Kek.
Depending on room you will want beer pong table pool table beer fridge stash of munchies for the drunks. Plastic 5 gallon buckets in case of pokers. Chick's like a clean toilet ever 5 seconds. If u smoke a nice hookah would be cool. Multiple phone chargers for public use if your friends aren't cleptos. Buddy just put a projector in and surprised us all with a soft core porno staring a fucktard we all went to school with. Playing with fire isn't a great idea but those fake wood fireplaces are cool if it's cold out. Cool looking coat rack. Etc. Blue tooth speaker.
I personally would just Google the shit out of party rooms.
