So I was looking for a way to get an O2 amplifier PCB in Canada, and having the PCBs made from a fabhouse seemed to be the most cost-effective, but not by much. I'm wondering if there are any places in Canada I can sell the other 3-4 boards I don't need.

Spend the 35$ getting board etching supplies and make your own.
Youll be way better off next project you do, youll have everything to make your own shit

I don't have small enough drill bits, and I don't really roll my own boards often enough to make anything more expensive than single-sided in homebrew etching solution a worthwhile investment.

The only reason I'm considering this is because all the places that sell O2s outside Canada ship here for 14$ for an envelope, or it costs almost $200 for what should only be about $40-50 in parts.

Why not just buy the PCB directly?

I live in Canada and, as I said, it costs $14 USD to ship here.
