I have plaster that i want to mould in a perfect cube with less than 1mm precision fail, the hard part is to make the moulding form. Anyone have experience in this area?

3d printing/laser cutting a mold is your best bet for that level or precision

You're trying to maximize the effective ratio of size to blast size for C1 again aren't you, anon?
don't blow your (((body))) off with that

Nobody's perfect

Make it bigger and get a micrometer and a belt sander?
Machine a perfect cube out of metal, then use that to make a mold.

Wrong. The hard part is managing the shrink ratio regardless of the drying time.
Make a mold 10x the size, mold that with a centrifuge and vacuum to reduce bubbles, then using a micrometer begin lapping it to get it to spec
