The problem with these is that there's no way to purify and store water. That gives you 72 hours at the most.
It also renders the fishing hooks pointless because, if by some miracle you do catch something eating it would bring on dehydration quicker.
I made one that was different to put in my pocket when I was boating. It would be there in case I fell out or something.
>large altoids tin
>emergency blanket
>needle
>fishing line
>razor blade
>small flint and magnesium fire starter
>cotton ball
>condom
>iodine drops
The blanket and condom are the bulkiest items but they will fit ok. I wish I had room for two condoms but whatever.
Anyway I covered two of the big three, shelter and water.
I always fished around popular spots so I never really thought I'd be stranded for more than a few days and after a week I'd probably be begging for death anyway.
Otherwise I think you did ok.

My old field one was-
>halazone tablets
>antihistamine tablets
>1-2gms of crystallised iodine
>medical sewing needles (curved ones) + monofiliment thread
>compression bandage
>2 tiny chemlights (about 4cm long- normally used on fishing floats)
>small cigarette lighter
>2 hard backed razor/glass scraper blades
>small space blanket
Generally that sort of deals with stuff to keep you alive along enough to get somewhere that's not as terrible. Clean water, ways to deal with infection, stings, allergies, lacerations, some types of broken bones, don't freeze to death from exposure and a way to see if you can't have a fire.
Fish hooks and stuff, never found much use for them as I was mostly running around in deserts, so its generally not worth it.
