Hi there /DIY,
I've got a load of brass that i need to clean up real good - the problem in both cases is that i have hundreds of pieces to clean so am looking for some solutions that are simple and not overly backbreaking.
problem 1 - one set of brass arrived with significant tarnishing
problem 2 - the second set of brass was laser cut with a plastic backing on it that has burnt on. its a pain in the ass but will come off with some acetone and scrubbing with a magic eraser.
because of the use i have planned or the brass i realy need to avoid introducing any scratches at all so want to avoid abrasion as much as possible.
any thoughts here about how best to clean up? I'd ask over in /k but y'know .... I'm pretty liberal

>Being antigun
Ammonia and bleach does the trick really well.

not so much antigun as find that my euro-conservatism may as well be communism in there ... besides, I also hold no opinions about AR15's. ;-)
