How do you use these in a toilet

What is the problem exactly?
Is it completely blocked or is it just slow to drain? What is two days of plunging? Continuous for two days or five minutes each day?
If its completely blocked e.g. Someone put a dead cat down it then plunging will move it. If its something like a pan full of grease then a toilet snake will smash it up and then flushing will get rid of it. If its draining but slowly and someone poured like a bucket of gravel down there (more likely than you think with some fish owners) then plunging and snaking won't do shit, you either need a set of proper drain rods with a rubber bung which might end up chipping and scratching and ruining your throne or you could just take it all apart and clean it out by hand.

There is a thing you could try which is for gutters really that's a kind of jet hose that you attach a pressure washer to but unless your outside or is awetroom it might get messy.

Blocked drains aren't really a silver bullet problem, it's more a case of agitate whatever is down there enough however you can in order to get it further along enough that its someone else's problem.

Very slow to drain. You can get a cup of coffee down it in about 5 flushes/6hours.
