Hello diy. I am in the process of buying a small home and would like to build or have built a garage/shop.

The garage/shop will be 24' wide.

And between 24 and 36' long. I havent decided.

And made out of CMU.

I only have 1 truck atm but i want to build the thing to hold at least 2 and have room for wood working and welding.

I also want to put in a car lift.
Shop air, 3 phase power, a slop sink and a shitter.

What i want to know, what would you put in your shop/garage?.

my old boss had huge financial freedom and bought a custom worktable for his garage suspended from the ceiling that was lowered with a electric pulley system, table was solid steel and about 10 by 8 and you could also store shit on it and hide it all away when you were done. he liked it so much he installed a second. It was cool as fuck.

Defiantly this. Especially if you like making your own parts for things. Along with this I would get a bunch of woodworking tools.
