also not to mention if you go inverter youll need to spend fucktons on pure sine inverters otherwise some ac motors flat out wont work with cheaper modified sine wave inverters

Shit. Well. It makes sense to just go mecanival rather than mechanical to electric to mecanical. I'll find a cheap used really commpn truck compressor and have my machinist put a v belt pully on it. Thanks folks.
