Lucky for you I have a professional grout cleaning and sealing business.

I'd recommend using Denatured Alcohol and a tough scrubbing pad (like the green 3M one), then just use a white rag with some more denatured to remove any green residue.

If this does not do it then nothing will. You can "color-seal" the grout and make it look new. It's just paint you paint into the grout lines.

That caulking at the bottom needs to be cut out and replaced. Use a box cutter and some blades to cut the junk out. Then get some white caulk and a caulk gun.

just use bleach to clean. make sure room is vented after using. and regrout tiles more flush with the tile face. too deep imo and shit collects easier. plus resilicone round the fucking edge

I can understand bleach but alcohol? Bleach will kill the mold and remove the residual color. Alcohol might kill the mold but the color will remain.

Please explain.
