You might have better luck finding a design using one of those names. Your best bet would probably be making it out of foam board, or some resin re-enforced paper. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a moon mask papercraft that could be modified, so you would probably need to find either a face mask to modify, or start from scratch. After figuring that out, you could get some novelty giant glasses at a costume store for the finishing touch.

Perhaps you could look into using fiberglass cloth and polyester resine or alternatively polyurethane I guess. I figure you'd need a mould though which might be hard to make for something that size.

I would say the head is constructed like a muppet. Foam with cloth stitched over top. look into the techniques that puppet makers and fur suiters use.

If you want to use fiberglass cloth, I would recommend fiberglass resin as it's cheaper and stronger for fiberglass cloth.
