Please, where I live, all you need for a two wheeled vehicle is blinkers, headlight, license plate, brakes and one mirror. My local gov doesn't give a shit what you're riding on as long as it doesn't endanger other drivers.

OP post updates every now and then. Custom cafe racers are the best. Might need to think about a tiny supercharger though if you're going to put more metal on it than what the original moped had.

Why does everybody on the 4chins think local laws are the same everywhere?
Here in Virginia it's still a moped if the engine is 50cc's or under, the governor limits you to 30mph, and the seat's not too high (I forget the limit).
Otherwise you'll need tags.

That's pretty generous in terms of speed, here in Sweden we have two classes of scooters and one defunct one (30's for 30km/h). class II are scooters that can max have 50cc and drive 25kmh (15mph), or klass I scooters (Eu class). They can drive 45kmh (28mph), but they require a drivers license and can only be on roads.

I own a class II (Baotian classic) that's been un-restricted so it goes up to 60km (37mph), as long as I don't drive really fast and the cops sees it, its a class II scooter.
