Is there a way to convert an air compressor to a vacuum pump without it being a permanent conversion?

you made a thread about this already asking if it would work for your job, we said there were better ways, and now you are asking how to do your original idea?

get a compressor driven vacuum generator, not expensive at all
Usually yes but would depend on the pump's head design. It won't be a very high vacuum though. How much vacuum do you need? You can DIY probably to around -15 maybe -25 inHg with a oil compressor. Though, if you have a compressor, you'd be better off buying a venturi style pump for 20 bucks at harbor freight.

I could do with 200 psi or less. I am mainly using for filtering out solvents for lab work at home

>200 psi or less
You literally have no idea what you're talking about do you?
>>1066643
WTF are you even talking about?
do you mean you want a -200 PSIG vacuum? I dont think black hole production is real technology yet buddy, I'm sorry to tell you, you'll just have to settle with absolute vacuum of -14.7 PSIG

Do you autistics even know what you are talking about yourselves? PSI is not PSIG and 200 psi is not really a big deal.
Pic related a 200 psi air compressor

you dont even fucking know what PSIG stands for do you?
a 200psi air compressor is a 200psig air compressor
g stands for gauge, as in it is a bottomed out gauge that considers normal atmospheric conditions to be 0, this makes perfect vacuum -14.7psig, and your compressor pictured is 200psig as in 200psi over atmospheric
and saying "I COULD DO WITH 200PSI OR LESS" tells us absolutely nothing
are you planning on using a 200psi compressor to turn into a pump? what type of compressor is it, the pressure tells us nothing, is it a screw type? is it a piston type? do you even know how a compressor works?
if not just buy a fucking vacuum generator like I showed you in the first post
You're trying to make concentrates aren't you mister crabs
