1. dissolve citric acid in warm water, then pour over it
2. scrub with magic eraser and some water
3. repeat until clear
to prevent this, drop some citric acid over it regularly like once a week or once a month

no problem, remember to let the citric acid sit on it for a bit, maybe a few hours before pouring again
a more hardcore method is citric acid in boiling water, turn on hot water and run it into the drain to heat it up first (to reduce thermal shock), then citric acid in boiling water pour onto it, slowly
In place of citric acid you can use vinegar, no need to dilute it.
Both are popular for restoring vintage bmx bikes.
