Anyone try poc related? My trigger finger is on the purchase button. Will it make good beer?
I'm think of making a label with this site http://www.grogtag.com/ buying some bottles and slaping them on- to have my own custom beer.

Yea, I had that. Followed instructions, brewed subpar budweiser-esque beer with much less filtering. Waste of time and money.

Haven't tried pic related but have brewed a few times from extract, following the instructions usually ends with meh beer but if you customize it a bit it could turn out quite nice. In my last batch I used coopers real ale extract, adjusted the OG to my own liking and just dryhopped it heavily with cascade. Turned out real nice for my taste but none of my friends liked it, which just meant more beer for me.
