Melt a plastic pen, like a clear Bic (without the ink cartridge) with a lighter, then jam it into to hole. Used that method for opening some other tri-wing consoles. But if my memory is correct, isn't that just a micro Phillips head? How do you not have one of those? And then go about asking what's wrong?
