I'm using Advance systemcare, How late am I? What's better?

As far as for me, I use Malwarebytes and C C, never had anything I haven't been able to take care of with those.

Good lad.
Lately I've been using 360 security, a free antivirus that doubles as a registry and system cleaner, I'm pleased with it. I use it on both my laptops, my wife's laptop and even implemented it at work. It's fast, doesn't need a lot of resources.
Truly recommend it.

Malware/Spyware:
Malwarebytes
SuperAntiSpyware
Spybot Search & Destroy
Hitman Pro
RKill
ComboFix (nuclear option, last resort)
Maintenance cleaning:
CCleaner
Glary Utilities
Disk Cleanup (run as admin, built into Windows)

Common Sense 2016
Aomei backupper. Not a traditional pc cleaner but backup restore. Restoring a full partition image in five minutes does a better job than any cleaning program.

Installing Mint Cinnamon seems to have saved me having to install all of those listed so far.

Best antivirus out there
Ask in gee.
They will confirm that pretty much all of these solutions are snake oil, especially "registry cleaners".
Common sense 2016, plus occasional scans with malwarebytes or a similar on demand scanner. Regular backups and an easily accessible copy of your OS, or a recovery disk image, render all of these programs moot.
Even better, install Gentoo.
I use Linux, it does the job. My PC is clean and fast.
Ccleaner + winapp2 and defraggler

Do you dualboot ?
The only thing CCleaner can do that is useful is that it can wipe free disk space.

Ausfag here.
Saw a zdnet article a few weeks ago that pegged around... what 80% i think it was of "security incidents" as arising from emails.
Fucking joke.
Nigerian princes with size enhancement pills and all the single ladies near you want to give you free viagra that the governmebt doesnt want you to know about, just run virus.exe
ID10T error, or PICNIC error as we call it.

Installed it as a dual boot at the beginning of the year. I've booted back into Win7 once looking to do something unimportant, found I couldn't do it there so went back and found a way to do it in Linux.
So, no, I don't dual boot.
>Internet Boost
My sides.
Seriously tho. Snake oil, snake oil the lot of it.
Just try not to be retarded on the interner and your computer will work just fine.
Rule of thumb when downloading:
If it ends in .exe and isn't a legit peace of softwere legally downloaded from the official site it's safe to assume its malware.
Example:
Company xxxx driver.exe downloaded from Company.org Is okay
Company xxxx driver.exe downloaded from
LegitDriversAndFilipinoHookers.ru is not.
Song.mp3 downloaded from itunes is okay
Song.mp3.exe downloaded from DownloadFreeMP3ForFreeReally.io is not okay
Software played for and downloaded from company.com is okay
Software torrented from place.proxy.nothere.cantbetraced is not.
Think of it like this if a dude is smart enough to crack a peace of software he is smart enough to embed malware in it.
Anything from porn related is malware.
Anything "hacking" related is malware.
Anything free that's not meant to be free is malware.

>Song.mp3 downloaded from itunes is okay
..and into the >>>/trash/ it goes.
>lectures /diy/ like we /g/tards on not downloading .exes
>Tells us to download from FuckingHugeAppleVirus.exe
>.torrents = 'all malware'
