A Robertson, probably #1 or 2. How the fuck do you not know that? I guess it might be just in Canada but Robertsons are literally the same popularity as Phillips and IMO much better for a lot of applications.

Lol

American here, rarely see them uses but they are certainly around. Agree that they're fantastic, best screw head in my opinion.

>I guess it might be just in Canada
It is, yes. Some sort of rights dispute back in the day iirc
>>1036117
Also American. They're uncommon-ish, but they're trivially easy to find at any hardware store. I buy them preferentially to Phillips if I can't find the screw I'm looking for in Torx.

You can't buy those over here in Funland... Shit is almost exclusively torx these days, then pozidriv then phillips.
I used to be an torx evangelista but it has its downsides also :/

These fucking screws are obviously expired, so you should by these special bits for remove of expired screws and put new screws there, dude.

Try get a flathead that fits corner to corner to get them out.
Replace them with a more standard head type.
Apartment I moved into used them for all the light fittings into the ceiling. There was a leak upstairs before I moved in and water had come through the light fittings and rusted everything.
Couldn't get them fucking screws out at all.
Ended up grabbing the light fighting and hanging out of it until it pulled out of the ceiling

It's not. It's good but it's not.
