How do I do those things attached to the big balloons?

First get 2 microphone stands and a bunch of pom-poms. Then attach the pom-poms to the stands with rubber bands and tape. get 2 large balloons filled with helium from Party City or grocery store. Tie balloons to the top of mic stand. Done. No mic stands? use any size pole with a base.

The ball is up because of helium.

Literally just a rock tied to string with streamers taped on and it's being suspended by the balloon.
