Sorry if how I explained it doesn't make sense. I'm just trying paint this graphic exactly like how it is on something.

that logo seems doable, but yeah, those "S"s, "C" and "O" are gonna fuck your shit up

if you have a vector version of that pay someone with a vinyl cutter to do it for you. if you don't throw that jpg away and make one or you'll be sad forever

This. If cost is an issue, only have it done for the letters. Everything else you should be able to handle on your own using painter's tape.

How big is it suposed to be? It may just be easier to use a pair of scissors. Also, you can just print and cut on normal paper, then use spray adhesive to make a temporary bond.
