Good coloring, poses, shading.
Biggest issue I have with him is his faces can look weird.

In this particular picture the only problem I have is the internal could be more detailed, stomach walls could be more defined, and then the slime could stand out more on top of that instead of melding together.

Not really. I think it's easier to do feet first oral than to depict someone fitting someone else's entire head in their jaw. Avoiding a direct depiction of someone's jaw that wide seems preferable to me.

The anatomy beyond that is easier - the ribs might be capable of parting a great deal, the neck can expand like a balloon, the stomach cavity just grows to fit. Clearly the size of the bulge needs to be proportional.

You could also ask whether the predator is human or just humanoid. A humanoid can have more anatomical quirks that make it easier.

Took over a year for Pyxxyl to complete but it was only because they forgot about it, and it's quite hard to get in touch with em'.

Quite the inactive artist but I absolutely love their work and they are extremely friendly and kind nonetheless. Hope to see more work from them soon.
