I'd say the main issues are trying to combine the Candy and Clown themes, and neither feel like they are fully utilized.

God damn, just imagine an inflation/Weight Gain RPG where your character's size and weight can lock them out of certain areas. You need to be completely uninflated to fit through tight crevices or an almost immobile blob to trigger pressure plates. Some things are so high up that you need to inflate yourself with enough helium to get airborne.

And some things require you to eat cursed berries to fill a vat with enough juice to operate the mechanism.

I've thought about the idea of a non-fetish game where the game strongly encourages you to finish the game in X number of lives (some really high number like 1000, like that Disgaea Prinny spinoff game).
Once you burn all of them, one of the female lead NPC's starts stress eating and slowly gets bigger as you die more, locking you out of the good ending. The kicker is that you never tell the player about this and see how long it takes them to notice. I don't know why this is hot to me but I love seeing cute girls unexpectedly gain a bunch of weight until everyone starts noticing.

Your idea makes me think a puzzle game like portal or haydee with an elastigirl-like heroine would be neat. You could start off normal size and have levels where you had to inflate, stretch, or flatten to solve puzzles.
