dan/NA actually has a onedrive account set up with all of the effects and models he uses for his images/movies. you'd just need to download the program (note that he uses MMM instead of MMD), then download everything on the onedrive. pop in the models you want, then the poses/motions, then the effects and tweak to your liking to make your very own NA picture.
also if you did want to use MMD, it's worth noting that every effect he's using does have an MMD version as well, you'd just need to find them yourself.

It seems to go a little deeper than that again. It seems like he/she may have never really gotten over Katelyn, as he's/she's started using Katelyn's last name (Brooks) as his/her own. When Katelyn found out, she responded quite negatively and confused on Twitter. A fairly reasonable response - an ex from a few years past (whose income stemmed from pretending to be you online) gets a sex change, then takes your name for his own, without any contact? Odd.

If you only take the size element itself, then this fetish is pretty much in normal territory, even when attached to lewd stuff or vanilla sex. I wouldn't be surprised if some people feel that way. Every so often when I get really bored I'll go on Eka's Portal and skim through to see if there's any interesting threads. A while back there was a thread asking why people preferred fatal or nonfatal vore. One guy on there said that he couldn't stand non-fatal vore because he enjoyed vore as part of a separate fetish for snuff and horror. To him, non-fatal vore was an attempt to normalize something that should never be normalized, and it made him uncomfortable. Someone who wasn't into vore at all might feel similarly.
