Okay, so I took a 50 mg of Zinc last night and around afternoon today.

When I took it last night I did so without eating and didn't feel too good. I only felt better after I ate something.

Today I've been mostly fine, but around ~5:00 P.M. I've been starting to develope a sort of pseudo-headache again. I've looked it up, and I'm not so sure about this anymore. Some of the forums I've looked at suggest to not take any more than 30-40 mg of Zinc for a male in his early 20s, or at any age group, for that matter, unless your doctor recommends it.

I'm a little worried that I might not be able to keep this up. Then again, I took the tablets within 24 hours of eachother, so that might be responsible. What do you guys think? Should I keep at it and see what happens?

I also did this once, I got home and took my zinc on an empty stomach, and had to lie down for like 2 hours cause I felt really nauseous.

500mg caps? How often do you take them? I'm taking 100mg tablets twice per day (once before I go to bed, once when I wake up) and after a week, i've noticed a very small increase in my pre-cum production, but it's not much at all.

The concoction thatbim aiming for is:
Zinc 50 mg
Pygeum 100 mg
Lecithin 1,200 mg
L-Arginine 1,000 mg
-one each/day.

Are you saying drop the rest and only go Pygeum 500, or that I need to take them all together, and that taking Zinc by itself is the problem?

I want a 9mm AR and some new HK handguns. Probably won't get tgem but I got a 9mm camp carbine today and might get a match weight for my USP
