I do not know where to point you for this, but perhaps you could weight the RNG such that older requests have a higher chance of being drawn than newer ones. Since you do not want to move wholly to going in order, this maintains the chance that a request can be drawn 'ahead', but makes it more likely for the oldest requests to happen in the near future.

I see two good options:

First would be to do a follower raffle, so those who are following you can be drafted into a pool for a free request. Using 4chan can be scattered because if someone gets rolled and you ask for a follow-up, who knows the person responding to it is the original requester.

The second would be using a commission raffle pool. You could do 3 tiers of commissions (Sketch, Basic Shading, Advanced shading, etc). The higher the tier, the more votes go into the raffle for them. The winner would recieve a Tier-3 request I suppose.

Your call man, you've already done so much for us. You deserve much more than just getting bombarded with requests through 4chan. And to be honest, both of these could help boost your success. The first plan would bring in more followers, therefore more popularity and therefore more commissions once the people who are willing to commission find you. The other option, of course, brings you that money quicker, but maybe at a more hesitant rate. Once you get more out there and you become a popular artist, I'm sure you'd be rolling in commissions. With that said, I suppose Patreon is also an option. As always, keep up the fantastic work!

There's criticism. And then there's constructive criticism.

"Oh look it's an artist rendition of Chelsea Charms" serves no purpose outside of denigrating work in the same way you could remark "this food tastes like the leftovers from an animal trough" to a chef. It's a cheap way to get something off your chest without actually having to think about what you're saying. It's easy to say "this sucks", but it's not so easy to say why it sucks.

You don't need to be an artist to talk about art. You don't need to ever have held a pencil in your hands, but you do need to be able to articulate actual constructive feedback. Feedback that has purpose of beyond the emotional. It doesn't have to be positive, it doesn't even have to be neutral (though preferable). But it needs to have executable merit. In a food example, let's say you ordered your eggs over medium, but you got them over hard. You don't need to know how to cook an egg, you don't need to know how many minutes on a skillet at x temperature flame an egg needs to sit to get over medium. But you do need to know the differences of doneness. You need to be able to say "my yolk is suppose to be runny, but it's cooked through".

If the tits look unnaturally bolted on, why not say the tits look unnaturally bolted on? Sure it doesn't offer actual constructive feedback, but it's more objective for sure - something they can read and say to themselves "that's not what I was going for".

On the topic of helping...
What gets me is that your proportions aren't half bad. The length of the arms in relation to the body, size of head to torso, height of character... etc etc. You've a fairly good eye for proportions, but on anatomy and physiology... well let's ignore that for now. Because it seems like you're having a hard time trying to draw your character at all, that you're fighting the program the whole way through. We can't blame the program entirely, because an experienced artist using a new medium can still make awesome work the first time around, but they aren't worrying about how to composite their image, they're just thinking about the new medium. But there is such a thing as too much on your plate.

That being said... your lines are rough and inconsistent. They seem placed without a solid understanding of why they aughta be there at all. They're broken, choppy, and have no flow to them. On sid_3.png it's particularly egregious and it demonstrates a fundamental lack of anatomical understanding - particularly in the arms where the forearms are skinny and bulbous, and the upper arm which twists and curves without any respect to muscle groups. The neck connects to the torso at a sharp angle, when the pose would dictate strain on the trapezius muscle. In all the images, where applicable, the breasts are connected to the torso way too high. Even if they are to be impossibly firm, they should still be connected to the pectorals and not the collar bone.

I'm sure you understand yourself well enough that there's a lot to work on. But if it's any one advice I can give you it's to study and practice anatomy, as well as looking up how artists "solve" certain issues. If you're having trouble with the placement of an arm, look up the anatomical reference, then see if you can't find an artist who has drawn it already like that and see how they do it.

The neck is thicker than needs be, her head is a bit small, as is her lower body. The best thing to do when drawing huge tiddies is to not draw them. I know that sound backwards but hear me out. Dont draw the tiddies until the very end, if you draw them right from the outset it can lead to an imbalanced body, either the torso or the lower body being way too large
