Trying to find a /d/ pic... (and tentacles!)

Help me /d/, your my only hope!

So there's this pic I saw years ago that I really want to find again, and so far all my trawling's given me no luck. So, here I am to present what information I have, hope one of you fine perverts can help - and at the same time start a tentacle-themed thread.

The pic:
As I recall it was a voluptuous purple skinned feminine figure in a black dress, possibly with elf-like ears, who was like, transforming into/half made of slime-tentacles/regular tentacles. She looked like a mage, had a stern expression on her face - or maybe you'd call it stoic. I THINK the artist was the same as what I'm going to post some pictures of, but since I haven't found it in anything associated with the artist yet, I'm not sure.

Artist for attached pics is maou11 / h_hiroma / kokuko / tsukiyotake / kokuko_(tsukiyotake) as far as I can tell.

So... anyone got any hopefuls?

I'll dump more tentacle-y pics when I get back from work, for now all I can do is slap up the polite minimum.
