Yes, yes, I know tin is carcinogenic and not skin approved, but I used condoms for safety. Platinum-based silicone is extremely expensive in my country as it is imported from US. One of the reasons to do this in the first place is that we have a low supply of exotic toys in the first place. Importing a dragon dilgo was extremely expensive. Initially I made a dragon dildo inspired model, but then I jumped to my futa waifus because they were more exciting for me to make.

So I was extremely impatient after waiting for everything to dry up and demold after about 6 hours attending the whole process. So I couldn't wait and took a ride as soon as I took honoka-chan out of her mold.

It was the first time I used such a soft silicone (A02), my previously supplier only had two part prohibitive expensive silicone until I found this cheap one from a new one. Having a soft silicone was crucial for being able to take Honoka-chan all the way down as being 9,5 cms wide (almost 4 inches), this is wider than the opening of the pelvic bone (in a man, of course). For it to confortable enter, it must be gently squished in.

Well, it was even softer than I expected and it was amazing the feeling of her filling me up, It was something I never felt before. However I could only take about 26~28 cms of her as it got too much... how do I say... "kitsui". But I was already happy and ended the senssion and confident with some stretching and training I could take her all the way to the base.

However, next morning I was surprised and very sad when I took her up again to realize the silicone had further cured during the night and she ended up much more rigid. Far more than the rated Shore A02. I suspect my scale took too much beating and was imprecise and I ended puting too much catalyst. I'll buy more silicone next week to pour a new one with far less catalyst hoping it stay as squish as it was before I took her out of the mold.

With the currect firmness It is too unconfortable to take her more than halfway in.

I'll also do Nana-chan next weekend as I buy more silicone.

The surface texture of these weirdly rough, like fingerprints. I guess if you've hand modelled these that's to be expected to a certain extent, but it don't look good.

Those are extra firm oil clay. they are made for small detail, but smoothing such large surfaces up is pretty time consuming. Ideally I should have used a smooth applier on the surface of the piece, but most of the imperfections are made from the silicone itself not being vacummed up. Since I use extra soft silicone, the cure time is extremely small so I have to pour it quite fast. Without proper equipment it is expected that such a large piece becoems impefected.
Take a look at this pic. This one is sumika. I was much more careful when sculpting her, I even made some vains to make it more realistic. But the result was not as smooth as I expected due to the issues I presented. So the newer models, like Honoka I took less amount of care. Also keep in mind Nana-chan is not ready yeat. Also, DESU, I don't care if it is rough. I use it with a condom anyway So I can't feel the very small texture, that is besides the point.

Dragon dildo uses a 3D printer for the mold with platinum vacumed silicone, It will of course be much more smooth and more fine-textured.

Here is Sumika in her two-part bed. It is a lot of work to do a two part mold. For Honoka I simplified the process by making a single tubular receptacle and just cut the mold in two with a knife. This also helped save silicone but I was afraid being to thin the silicone could have leaked from the walls. Thanks to the improvised bracers it did work out in the end.

I actually thought quite seriously about doing that.

But for making a real quality product I'd have to buy a 3D printer for casting the molds. The good thing is that would allow re-scaling of the dildos. I can also do some basic 3D modelling in Zbrush so, switching from oil-based modelling to 3D wouldn't be a problem.

The biggest problem however, is actually privacy. I would definetely not want my real name to be easily accessible by those buying my dildos. I'd have to do a proxy company for a while and then run the business in a somewhat shady way that would not be very attractive to customers.

On the other hand, buying a 3D printer presents several possibilities of business and I could definetely severely improve the quality of my dildo collections and save a lot of money in silicone. I'd love to some fantasy dildos like Bad Dragon. I really wanted to buy some of their products but it bothers me how there is no size that is perfect for my own taste (like the 28x8 Nana-chan penis I made. Nothing in that range. Most dildos above 8 cms wide are not long and vice versa.)

Here is my very first zbrush model. It is also a replica of my own penis. You can compare it to the actual real-modeled version on the first pic. It has less detail but I have more experience on zbrush now. It is also bended to the left, the real life clay version I decided to "debend" it to make it easier to mold.

Why don't you slosh the soft silicone in the mold until you have about 1cm thick wall and fill the rest with harder silicone. I believe it will improve the appearance. It will also be firmer while retaining squishiness for comfortable insertion.

It was a long journey for getting till Honoka size.
By the way I just tried her again and managed to ger her all the way to my first ride, about 28 cms and the widest past inside. But it was much less pleasurable than it was on my first ride whe she was much more soft and squishy.

I thought about that, not easy to be done. You need a 2 part mold for that. The silicone drips to the bottom of the curvature of the penis so the layer is not uniform unless you make it really thin. It is also pretty bad for the mold to let the inner silicone touch the "cut" area outsie of the interior area, Which is pretty difficult. I tought about doing a latex outter region, which can be slowly dryed layer by layer and is more firm that silicone in its uncured state. But latex degrades quite fast, in a couple of months the piece would be unusable.

Alternative, I thought about doing an inflatable center chamber, But that proved also too difficult to implement, with a 3D printer is defintely doable as I can make the mold be completely solid and static while I position the center chamber perfectly in the middle of the inner cavity. Kinda of difficult to explain.

The weird shaped one is inspired on Gryphon by Bad dragon. It is also too stiff for confort. One day I may recast it with a softer silicone.

On the first months only about 27cms then it got painful. Then I trained with a thin 45cm double dildo, after that now I got to about 32~34cms. If I press hard it gets pretty painful and sometimes I even bleed a little but it doesn't even go a single cm further. I'm scared to force to much and tear something up. From my calculations I shouldn't have reached the end of ascending colon yet so I don't know what is going on. I still haven't got money to either buy more flexible silicone and re-cast Sumika softer or buy a longer slightly thicker double dildo to try and train/wide me deep down more. 27cms, huh? I got stuck on that mark for a long time, I think that is where about the sigmoid colon shifts the curve up to the descendig colon and gets narrower. Took me some time to force my way in there. But to be honest, the 27-34cm region is quite unconfortable to go, specially if I'm not very excited. Yes, different people have different anatomy but people of the same height can have surprisingly similar sized organs. I'm 181cms tall.

Tin silicone costs about 10 dollars per kilogram in my country. But tin is not entirely safe for prolonged skin contact. For the mold doesn't matter, but for the dildo if you're not going to use with a condom, for prolonged uses you'd better get platinum cured wich is 35 dollars per kilogram.

Honoka took 3 kilograms for the mold, and 2,2 kilograms for the dildo itself. But the process I used for molding Honoka was not ideal. Ideally a two part cubic mold would have been 4~5 kilograms in weight for that volume. Sumika, which was made conventionally that was. took 4 kilograms for the mold and also 2 kilograms for the dildo itself. This is why I want a 3d printer for the mold. Also makes the process easier.

3 inches? That is not even half they way inside your rectum. Your are still quite far from the sigmoid.

To get all the way inside the rectum the first step is to slowly open your anal sphincter which is quite painful. Many women say it is a similar pain to losing the vaginal virginity. In fact, what is painful in losing vaginal virginity is not ripping the hymen but widen the vaginal muscle open. After I managed to insert a solid 4 cm wide by 10cms long deodorant inside myself, which was quite painful, specially because with the pain you get tense and you need to learn to relax the muscles, it got much easier to go all the way to the bottom of my rectum. From there onwards took some time for me to find the entrance of the sigmoid and "straighten" it up.

I doubt it's a "narrowing;" as I said above, I know the feeling of stretching my colon. This isn't it. The dildo simply hits the end and because it is quite stiff it won't bend. The only place it has to go is outward.

2. rush it fast and shove it in without letting the muscles relax and working with them
3.using uneven, not smooth surfaces
4. inserting point being to big and blunt(lot of shampo bottles), instead of being small dome shape.

Complete newbies, should start with fingers and lots of lube and work up to 3-4 fingers(how ever long it takes to comfortably take that). After they have basic understanding and control over their ass, can they start on dildos.

I did say to try and relax, being tense is the worst thing.

I should have told to start with fingers, of course. But for bigger objects, trying 3 or 4 fingers didn't work for me. I was too scary to buy a silicone dildo when I was much younger, for stretching me out, specially because I'm not gay and no one would imagine I'd use dildos. The orca of that picture is perfect for that and should minimize virtually all pain, that is precisely why I recommended it.

I wanted to buy a negative PRECISELY because I didn't want to cast the positive to form a negative silicone mold. It is a pain in the ass (no pun intended) to prepare a two part silicone negative mold!

Just print the negative and leave an opening at the base. Make an outer structure for the negative so it can stand upwards as you cast the silicone in.

Also, put some demoldant or cheap vaseline all over the interior of the negative. You should probably watch some videos about silicone casting, but the basic you need to know is to mix very well the silicone, put the right amount of catalyst, try to remove bubbles by hiting the bottle on the floor and pouring from high height with a very thin strand of silicone. Also, don't take long from the moment you start, depending the type and softness of the silicone you may have less than 3 minutes to drop the silicone in before it starts solidifying after you pour the catalyst in. These basic silicone mixture guidelines will depend of the product you buy, just get tips from your supplier.

Lastly, I recommend getting a smooth ball to put on the base after you finish pouring the silicone in. Press it against the base of the dildo so you can have a concave suction cup.

I don't think so. after I pass the 34 cm mark where I couldn't go deeper down with Sumika, I feel the head of the double dildo pushing around its way in, it doesn't go smooth. It still is around left of my belly and far away from the bottom of my ribcage, close to where the transverse collon begins (ends) I can barely feel its shape as I press my fingers in my belly that it still is going up by the 40~42 cms mark.

The interior of the intestine has almost no tactile neurons, only a few pain ones. The pain you feel in the intestines is also not precisely located. (Google referred pain). The sensations are pretty different from the colon/anus or even the very beginning of the sigmoid. The only precise way to know how far your dildo has gone in is to press it with your finger. But well, I may have had basic anatomy classes but I didn't learn how to define organs by external tactile pressing. So it is all guesswork.

Well, as you probably should know, the pelvic area of the man is smaller than the woman. The space between the bones in the narrower part is at best 7cms wide. My limit is slightly less than 7cms for solid objects in my interspinous distance, But I could take Honoka, which is 9,5cms wide, quite easily on the first ride because she was still very soft and I took it on its side. As long as the dildo you are taking in is soft, it will compress to the limiting aperture of your pelvic bone and slide in. If your limitation is muscular (sphincter), though, well, Again, the best recommendation is to slowly stretch it with a V shaped dildo that gradually gets thicker with the softer silicone you can get. Again, the orca is probably the best one.

if The dildo you are trying in is not circular but elliptical, try inserting it on its side, so that the widest part don't hit those two little protuberances that look like inward horns/ears pointing to the coccyx in the picture (the ischial spine). The area you have more free space is towards your scrotum, so force in in direction to it and away from your back.

For smaller pieces, yes. For larger ones like Honoka, the sheer weight of the mold + the silicone filling up would deform the base touching the ground and that would break the seal between the two mold parts creating a leak. I had that happen before with me with that small canine-like dildo on the far left of my collection.

The solution is using a thicker walled and square mold like Sumika here: >>7458440
But even here I decided to fill her up not completely vertically at first to make sure there isn't any leaks:

Only after about more than 3/4 of the interior of the mold is filled that I reposition the mold vertically for filling the remaining lenght of the dildo and the base to produce a suction cup.

The problem with square thick-walled molds is that it needs A LOT MORE of silicon for obvious reasons.
For Honoka I was not willing to spend over 100 dollars on it again so I decided to make a cylindrical mold with thinner walls and use "bracers" made of buckets instead like you can see on that picture you quoted. I was afraid even the bracers wouldn't be enough and there would be leaks. But it worked!

I'm not home during the week so I can't post a picture of how I made a suction cup for Honoka. But basically I postioned the dildo vertically and put a ball on the still soft silicon to create the concave region for sucking air after most of the interior was cured and there wasn't any more dangers of leaking.

For Honoka, the suction cup worked better than I expected. It helps her stand on her own weight but it is not large enough for fixating her horizontally on the wall of a bathroom, for example. I'd probably need a much larger base for that. But that would make creating a form for the mold much more difficult. Another reason why a 3D printer would be perfect.

Believe it or not when I first modeled her, Sera Futa+ Wasn't released, just the pre-release one. I actually wanted something in the 32~35cm range. She was slightly larger than that so I actually made her a little shorter.

The texture is a bitch to remove from a negative model. Especially if you have supports up in the mix.(like you will with any mold over 10cm) Directly making the mold in a printer isn't worth it. I think you'd be better off putting the money into a sculpting class.

Otherwise get an anet a8. If you are going to be making molds, it's not that much extra to print it in keyed slices an puzzle them together. You'll have less wasted material from failed prints that way. Otherwise, the CR-10 is a dildo making beast for the extra $300.

Op here. I tested my Claimed A02 shore silicon again with less catalyst and was very disappointed with the results. This thing is obviously A15+ and not soft at all.

Now I don't trust this supplier anymore and will have to revert to my older one which is only achievable by internet and don't have physical store.

I'm actually considering trying a whole different material, plastisol with some softening agents. It is also slightly toxic and more difficult to work with because it needs to be heated to 180 Celsius for pouring into the silicon mold.

At least is not as expensive as Platine-based silicon. it is only about 12,5 dollars a Kilogram, which is actually much less dense than silicon and close to an actual liter, so about 20~25% more mass per volume thus cheaper than silicon despite being more expensive per mass.

Problem is that the plastisol my supplier has is claimed to be Shore A20, which should be harder still, just that it isn't. I don't really get the difference between viscosity and hardness, but being much more viscous, it simulates human skin much better and actually feels softer. You can't really "pinch" silicon, but you can pich Plastisol. This opens a lot of possibility for foreskin simulation. I'll send a bunch of questions to my supplier and order a couple of kilograms for next week. By the next weekend I should be ready to cast Nana chan AND then recast Honoka if I'm happy with the results. I'll upgrade you guys with the response from my supplier. But I'll probably need to make a new thread for Nana-chan casting by the next weekend.

I don't need to remove the fine ring-like texture from the mold, I can use a smooth on on the silicone. I could even add a thin layer of latex over the plastic mold to give a skin-like texture. That is not really an issue.

Why can't the support struts go in the back? they don't nee to be in the face where the silicone would be poured in.

I think you are vastly underestimating how time consuming and difficult it is to make a two-part silicone mold as big as a 40cm dildo.

Took me over 2 hours to prepare Sumika. And while I like the result it still had some minor faults which would make the final product not very good for consumers.

Sculpting has nothing to do with making quality negative molds. I can make more realistic dildos, specially on Zbrush. I just don't because for my personal use I don't care that much.

You were discussing printer with a very high Z axis, that implies you were going to print each mold (or at least half) in one model. It wouldn't make sense to have the supports on the outside in this case, since the overhangs that need the support would be inside the model.

This is my end-game, actually.

I've come with the conclusion that 12 cms wide is actually pretty possible given a soft enough silicone. I got surprised how easily (and pleasurable) I'm taking Honoka's 9,5cms despite her being quite rigid.

But what I'd love to do the most is a variable size dildo with inflatable pumps. That would be canon actually, as buccho often looks not as thick as she really is until climax on the manga.

This could also help save silicone as I make an inner chamber and her actually around 8cm thin in rest before being expandable.

But even so, I'd really like to sculpt an extra detailed and smooth model for her, and using the conventional two-part mold method for a 41x8cms penis would be very difficult for adding an chamber fillling later. I'd really need a 3d printer for that, specially for testing how to implement the inner chamber.

Alternatively to buying a 3d printer, I could make a cheaper solid mold of her using smooth-on silicone with plaster like in this video:

Ball is the same principle: Make a circular thin layered (like a pancake) cast of very soft and resistent silicone (platinum based) Add some vein detail on it to make it rougher. cast two egg-like balls with soft silicone. put them on the sack, fill it with lots of viscous lube. pull the sack up and fuse it on the sabe of the penis. The difficulty would be put the right amount of lube inside it without it leaking or compromising the seal.
