She approves~. We used to roleplay a lot when we were living apart long distance, but when she moved in with me it felt kind of awkward. We literally just did it again for the first time in three months last night. It was quite nice. I plan on editing the transcript into a readable story and posting it on my usual places.

Non-willing as punishment, curse, or for sex. Discomfort is good, but violently painful is a turnoff. Magical always seems more easy to accept than scientific since scientific is too grounded in reality to not be comical. Victim can't revert but has their mind intact to stress the awkwardness. Having to live out their life coming to terms with their changes: (Pacha just right face).

Also, solo or a small group is preferable. Large-scale gets ridiculous by watering down the tf and reeking of fetish desperation. Kind of like inflation fetishists demanding characters to pop.

Anything between a minute and a week really. It might be longer depending on severity of the changes. Poof TF is pretty meh outside of the "after" elements. I feel a lot of fiction chooses timelines that are too gradual for changes to feel tangible.

Completely painless, preferably. But not "sensation-less", characters should feel their shape changing to some degree. I like bone-cracking but I always imagine it being a satisfying/weird sensation like when you crack your neck, knuckles, etc.

Slow & humiliating transformations to unwilling victims.

My favorite scenarios are globalized ones where most of the female population is slowly transformed over the course of weeks or months. This transformation is more like a slow-moving disease that no one can stop or slow down, with victims losing just a tiny bit more of their humanity every day, but at a rate so slow it's impossible to notice specific changes coming in (aside from the rare moments something clicks over while the victim is asleep during a long night's rest).

In that scenario, the changes are widespread that the basic humanity of every woman is called into question and no subject is a special flower who can hide or be given special care - the world's medical infrastructure is stretched to its breaking point, forcing most women to endure their transformation without any real help aside from whatever care they receive from their friends and family...all while those friends and family are forced to decide how much of society can be altered to accommodate 3 billion half-animals in the world, versus simply treating those 3 billion half-animals like animals rather than people.

Another favorite scenario is one where a bunch of women are captured and put together in an observation room in a lab, where they are some of the first test subjects of whatever it is that causes the global transformation mentioned above.

This version of the TF virus (or whatever is) is much more fast-acting, transforming the average woman in 24 hours or less, and the dozen or so women collected for this experiment are friends (or at least associates), although they all have different ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, personalities, body types, etc, so the creators of the virus can see how it affects various women when they're infected at the same time (with an extra added bonus of the social engineering of seeing how subjects who all know each other fare as they all begin to lose their humanity).

I'm picturing a fun scenario where, say, 12 women who are all at least familiar with each other are dumped into a large observation room together, fully clothed and untouched.
