It varies. Some physical changes, and many light mental ones, like decreased inhibitions, I prefer permanent rather than temporary. On the other hand, I find the "disposable identity" kink hot partially because of the lack of expectation or responsibility (as well as the phyical and mental change). I kind of got tangled up in the wording. I like "bad girl" transformations, whether that's a tf on a woman or a tg on a man.
