Hm. Fantasy setting, various monstergirls/boys, with a "mother to all monsters" futa lamia-like race. Or maybe somethign with tentacles, those are fun. They eat living creatures, then either convert them to cum and pump someone else full of them to have babies the normal way, or convert them into multiple eggs. If impregnating another species, the child(ren) is a hybrid of the species she turned to cum and the mother. If turned into eggs, they're the same species as the prey was originally. Since creatures in this setting evolved with this species, individuals that get eaten by the mothers of monsters are just as likely if not more so to pass on their genes than individuals that just have a normal sex drive, so it's all basically the same urge for them.

So the rest of the races have vary in their attitudes towards being eaten. There's the "hell yeah, I'll jump down anyone's throat, my body wants it" camp. Then there's also the obvious "Hell no, I don't want to die" camp. Then there's probably some that are genetically predisposed to like it in a primal sense, but consciously object, so you get the combination of "logically I know this is going to kill me and I want you to stop" coupled with "my body really wants this and I'm not really going to put up a fight about it." But then you also get some offshoots who inherit their mother's predatory urges but don't have the ability to turn their food into progeny, so they just eat for hunger and fun. The genetic urge to be eaten that most others have isn't really nuanced enough to give them urges against that, at least not on a conscious level, even though they're just going to wind up being shit instead of a baby, especially given that those are pretty rare and the actual mothers of monsters are so fecund that it statistically makes up for the difference.
