Actually had a scenario sketched out that eventually hits this point, plus a few other odd kinks. Basic gist's that a nurse and her doctor husband who've been unable to have children happen to have a young woman and her best friend/soul sister come into their household and basically become their adoptive daughters, but the nurse finds an extra void being filled by the eldest one until some upstanding lad comes a'courtin' and takes her hand in marriage. The nurse is devastated and maddened by this and so enlists the younger (herself a perv and with a yandere attraction towards her friend) to help bring about the elder through a combination of lewdness and good ol' drug use disguised as being a helpful mother-in-law. Eventually she seals the deal by using some IVF whiztech to impregnate herself and her daughter with children of their own tailored genes.

Their excuses and lewd trysts build until at last the poor lad comes home early (or they simply no longer care about the facade) to find his wife in bed with his mother-in-law and her friend, the whole lot a full-term singularity of lust and seduction; the poor lad breaks down and they abscond with every cent of both family's assets, staking a new life and living happily ever as they enjoy the family and motherhood and forbidden love denied all these years.

Toning down the NTR and going with an "either/and" instead of "or" approach for loving, I also had an idea of a setup of a love triangle between a guy, a girl and her milf-goddess of a mother where the girl has such combination inferiority and idolization complexes for both her mother and the guy that she not only wants to have children as her mother did so as to immidate greatness, but that her mother should bear the guy's children as well such that he might have that ideal progeny, thus kicking off cycles of lewd three-ways and manic babymaking as the three of them strive to seek that state of perfection only available through pregnancy.
