Makes me curious what the actual demographic sizes are for folks who'd be in the gay-vs-straight mpreg camps: gay dudes themselves're only 2% of the population, then there's the subset of women into yaoi, and then of those you'd only have so much of a segment that's into pregnancy. Well, so far, these are the only ideas in the setting I've come up with:

#1: A goblin allows his male human mage lover to impregnate him as part of the latter's study of the peculiarities of the goblin life cycle (namely, all goblins are born trappy boys, but most end up as slutty females or dommy futas). Told from the goblin's perspective; cumflation, impregnation, possibly time-skip through the different stages of the pregnancy.

#2: A human necromancer and his gnoll bride-to-be find they may have pushed the "it's good luck for at least one partner to be pregnant" tradition of gnoll wedding ceremonies a little too far when he goes into labor during the ceremony.

#3: An escaped drow brood-slave* attempts to enjoy a date with a female love interest (thinking gnome, halfling or dwarf), despite the hindrance of being 12 months into his 13 month pregnancy with at least eight daughters.

*Drow, in this verse, are basically black magic-wielding female elf amazons whose favored reproductive strategy is to seduce/kidnap human men and chain-bang them, using magic to make the man carry the resultant pregnancies so they can get fertilized and unloaded multiple times in the same session.

#4: A smitten bandit-hedge mage confesses his love for the friendly local slime-girl, allowing her to unbirth herself into his womb to prove the depths of his feelings.

Well, inspiration seems to come in fits and starts. So, here's a couple more fic ideas I had that are hopefully relevant to this thread.

#5: A would-be warlock makes a pact with a petrified kitsune by resurrecting her. Pity she didn't inform him the "how" would involve become spontaneously and accelerated pregnant with her reincarnation. Nor that the pact would be sealed by her taking him as her bride and future mother of her daughters.

#6: A male nun (cf Bridget in OP) is chosen for the most sacred duty a member of his order can undertake: using his womb as a place to seal the nascent demon princess Lixiriltha, contender for the throne of Queen of the Mariliths.

#7: A naive young Green Knight learns the hard way why the paladins of his order are warned to never accept the kiss of a Dryad, even - no, *especially* if she's feeling grateful.

#8: A warlock has reason to rethink his choice of a fey-blooded Al'miraj familiar when he unwisely allows her to get him drunk during a fertility festival.

#9: A bungled summoning leaves a conjurer with a full-grown and rather annoyed succubus trapped in his womb. As the specific spell prevents him from dismissing her until they achieve sufficient sexual pleasure, getting her out will be...tricky.

I actually had quite a bit of inspiration, so much I had to split this post in two to get them all down. I might even come up with more if folks like these various ideas.

#10: A brother's attempt to sacrifice himself to save his ungrateful bitch of a sister from the wrath of a local Faerie Queen sees him turned into the Court Sextoy. Except it turns out that's not entirely a bad thing for fertile human youth who's willing to be flexible and climb the social ladder on his back.

#11: An ousted noble youth decides that, really, being consort to the Priest-Queen of the Lizardfolk isn't so bad. Especially seeing as how she's so.../appreciative/... of his ability to make her a father.

#12: A chipper young trap with perhaps more lust than common sense and an insatiable hankering for being filled full of monster-woman baby-batter hits the jackpot working as a barmaid in a frontier inn catering to adventurers.

#13: Kidnapped to serve as the "vessel of birth" for an Aberration-worshipping cult, a youth finds himself fate's plaything when his first offspring massacres the cult and decides she'd rather keep "daddy" as her boyfriend than eat him.

#14: A tsundere (and mildly yandere) sphinx teacher decides to unquestionably stake her claim to the cute young wizard at her school by challenging him to a riddle contest. One in which the loser of each round becomes increasingly pregnant with the winner's offspring.

#15: A put-upon would-be mage finds himself as the guinea pig in his mentor's obsession with using magic to craft new life, as she routinely uses him to incubate her various experiments.
