I think. Not 100% on the da sereba. Competing with other doujin artists/releasing the book.

It's a Granblue doujin, and it's kind of playing up the "skins" you can get in-game for special events. Also, it'll be releasing on various doujin sites, not just at Comiket.

Since the old thread is done and this is new hotness, I'll ask my question here - I've been getting into mask fiction, but a lot of the stuff I found had a bondage/BDSM theme that isn't really my cup of tea. I also don't like non-consensual stuff like being forced to wear suit, trapped inside etc. Can someone recommend a good author who does masking/bodysuit stories without that kind of stuff, or at least low amounts of it? That's it really, just vanilla stories of suits being worn for fun and sexytimes :) I'm more about the disguise and roleplay aspect than the bondage/trapped theme but the latter is what I seem to find. Also prefer F2M or F2Creature rather than M2F, which has already been done to death.

If you're into F2F and okay with 3D, this is pretty much holy grail material. It does skinsuits better than a lot of 2D. Only way it could've been better is if there was some race change in there too. Still, I came incredibly hard.

It's a live-action movie, I'm not sure what that guy meant by 3D, there is no CGI. A woman walks into a store and say she wants to "change her look", which apparently means trying on different bodies. It's not even clear whether they are masks/bodysuits, or some kind of magical body-switching technology. There are some "models" shown, but they're just actors standing still. There's no putting on/removing masks or suits shown. Like I said, a good concept but nothing terribly special.

I'm not trying to tell you what you should write, but maybe try to write a story with dialogue that's more natural sounding and not as many cliches? Hold on, let me rephrase that,

id love to see skinsuits used as TOOLS, for revenge, desire, infiltration, theft, etc. While the description and such of the masking and the sexual acts are thrilling, i'd rather have them placed in the background of a story of trying to infiltrate somewhere, or ruining someone's life by pretending to be them, etc, etc.

The sexual stuff by you both is absolutely spectacular, and lyrissa, you've definitely nailed the bodysuits as tools element.

As for the themes and twists? I'd love to see more nonhumanoid transformations (like a horse or a large dog) or multiple people in one "magic" suit like in Lord of the Legion.

Also, i'd love to see something set in a comic book convention, where the girls aren't what they seem.

TLDR: suits as a tool have more uses then merely sex (though tha'ts a great use!)

I'm into realism, identity shift, and stuck/long term wear elements. I love reading about the way bodysuits work and how they can sustain long-term/permanent wear, and characters having to confront how their new appearance clashes with their self-image. MtF preferred, but FtF or FtM is nice too, and much scarcer.

Another odd bit is I do also like suits with... cons. Suits that are hot, suits that are tight, suits that the wearer feels, not just instant transformation. Something of an encasement fetish of mine.

Suits that aren't perfectly realistic as well. I like complete identity changing ones that are for all intents outwardly perfect too, of course, since that opens up a lot in terms of plot, people turning into other people, monsters, fooling them, etc. But on a sexual level (since this is porn) something gets me about suits that are at best doll like, the eyes don't move, the mouth is a gag, etc.

An archetypical short by me is some arbitrary kinky premise that induces someone to wear someone or something else, usually of some emotional consequence. Like a current girlfriend wearing a hated, vindictive ex, staring eyes and fixed sneer hiding someone sweaty and horny underneath.

As for longer stories, I do always mean to write them, since you need a longer story to really nail the long term wear, identity change themes, just they take a while and aheh, aren't so instant gratification. You really have to give up an evening to it rather than 45 minutes and a lewd idea.

As for my preferences, I think it shows through in my stories that I'm very interested in the psychological aspects of suiting and masking - what the characters involved think of it and why they do it (which also plays into my fascination with BDSM, which also features heavily in my stories)

Something I think is interesting is characters that use suits as an extension of themselves - a tool both for kinky fun but also a change to explore different identities, different roles, different lives - as anyone who's read my stories also know I'm very big on locks and the more intricate kinds of masks (the ones with mouthpieces and the like)...

When it comes to who suits into what, I tend to write a lot of F2M and F2Creature, but lately I've been meaning to write a bit more M2F and F2F stuff - all in all I'm a bit of an omnivore in that regard, which probably says a lot about me

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. For shorter stories the focus tends to slip over towards the suiting/unsuiting and any sex part of it by default, because you can only do so much in 5-10 pages. And naturally for commissions I do the commissioner sets the tone. But I do like doing longer stories where the suit is more of a plot element than just a vehicle towards sex. I would ideally like to do more stories akin to The Lost Vale in which the bodysuit is a surprising and game-changing discovery but doesn't derail it from being predominantly an adventure yarn.

I know I'm sort of late to this discussion but I really had to think it over because I feel like my views are sort of.. different on the matter

To be honest, I don't really enjoy suits for the second skin aspect or what they would feel like or even sex in stories- though it is a nice addition. I feel that what I enjoy most about the subject is more the twist aspect. But those are often tricky to pull off because any story thats linked here or any other masking themed page- going into the story you know theres going to be a mask of some kind. If it doesn't start with them putting one on, you know they'll take one off and so it sort of becomes a guessing game for me of "whos it gonna be." What I like most is when its a twist thats harder to expect or in an unconditional unpredicatable fashion. Naturally, because of this I enjoy unmasking rather than masking. Stories like the very end of the slumber party, a lot of Trevor Venuris stories, the Diana Knight pentology, and my personal favorite being Ziptease. Very unpredictable themes in them that keeps you guessing is more really what I like- especially if its the last person you would guess to be a disguise

Giving praise is easy, but it's also a nice thing to do.
Giving helpful constructive criticism is work and can quickly evolve into counting all the small nitpicks.

Quite often something simply isn't my cup of tea and so I'm just there for the smut and suiting action.
Only good advice I can give to drawing artists is to keep practicing, copy the masters, get a good understanding of anatomy, learn from real life and develop your own style out of that, getting one of these poseable wooden dolls probably won't hurt.

I'd also recommend using references when drawing if possible. The Internet is chuck full of photo references. Don't be afraid to Google a photo of a person posing. Also, don't be afraid to try different angles, even if it comes out looking like utter shit. You'll only get better if you keep trying, and it's really telling when you only draw two angles repeatedly over and over again.

Yeah, Julie's recent stuff with over the top proportions to everything doesn't look that great compared to his older more realistic stuff. His realistic stuff looks really fucking good, too, I wish he would post newer content with that.

If I recall correctly though, her old masks were rather fragile and took a lot of effort to put on, being made out of separate latex pieces or something. That might be part of it. I do dig the newer stuff, but I do enjoy doll like masks.
