Alright so assuming it was the first two images which admittedly were pretty guro, was the warning for the guts they had hanging out? There really wasn't any blood or anything and the two of them seemed totally okay with it. So is a little blood allowed but not full blown guts hanging out/tearing out organs?

idk man having your insides just hanging out outside seems a lot less gore-y than someone having their arm ripped off and dripping blood with shredded bits of flesh hanging off it. They didn't even seem to traumatized by it. They weren't in pain, they weren't bleeding out and slowly and traumatically dying, they were just playing around. If they weren't committing suicide by ripping out each other's hearts it would have been pretty cute. Eh, it was pretty cute anyway.
