Helmets and masks. Most of it boils down to that, even though I tend to take strange and specific approaches to it so I'm oversimplifying it.

I also like feet/legs but that's not as important or interesting to discuss.

I was a 90s kid, so I saw a lot of cartoons either meant to sell toys or were very speculative about futuristic shit and there was almost always guaranteed to be a scene involving a female character

a) Donning some kind of armor, including a helmet (i.e. Exo-Squad, Monster Force, Vor-Tech, etc.,)
b) Wearing a gas mask (Cammy in the Street Fighter cartoon, Nocturna in Dragon Flyz)
c) Wearing some kind of scuba gear that was either implausible or speculative at best (GI Joe, Gargoyles, Dot and the Bunyip, etc.)

Mind you it's not just limited to these three and for a while I used to be sick to my stomach looking at gas masks in cartoons because they looked kind of weird as a kid. I remember losing my appetite after seeing that scene in Dragon Ball where Shu and Mai were wearing gas masks and yet looking back I could stand some minutes watching that scene for Mai alone hearing her voice all muffled and shit.

I suppose one deviation is that ONLY the mask or helmet would do. I'd prefer the wearer doesn't wear matching equipment (wetsuits and "latex space suits" as that television wiki would describe them but not literal latex suits as that kills the illusion somehow. Said conditions are acceptable but not necessary) usually if a character's in their default outfit or something nice and fancy. Sometimes just outright sexualized versions of the character's own outfit too.

Growing up in a toyetic age with the occassional anime having a scene of a chick on a motorcycle and a full helmet or sci-fi spacesuit would do that, I suppose. Not that film was clean of any influenced, as there were movies like Spaced Invaders and Terminator 2 that played a hand in my lust as well.
